1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Inscape Design Studio. By browsing our website, engaging our interior design consultancy, or entering into a contract for turnkey project execution, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review them carefully before initiating any project with us.
2. Scope of Services
Inscape Design Studio specializes in bespoke interior design solutions across residential and commercial properties in Pune, Maharashtra. Services include:
- Space planning, 2D floor layouts, and architectural elevations.
- Photorealistic 3D visualization and material rendering.
- Design management, site supervision, and contractor coordination.
- End-to-end turnkey interior execution and final key-ready handover.
3. Quotations & Payment Terms
All project estimates and bills of quantities (BOQ) are tailored based on initial consultations and verified site dimensions.
- Advance Booking Fee: An initial token amount is required to commence 2D/3D design concepts.
- Stage Payments: Turnkey execution payments are split into mutually agreed milestones tied to material procurement and site progress.
- Variations: Any modifications or additional work requested by the client during execution will be quoted separately as an addendum.
4. Client Responsibilities & Site Access
Clients are responsible for providing unimpeded site access, necessary society permissions/work passes, and timely approval of design drawings and material choices to prevent execution delays.
5. Intellectual Property
All 2D drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and custom furniture designs generated by Inscape Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment has been settled. Designs may be featured in our studio portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Contact & Governance
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. For any inquiries regarding these Terms:
